Apple cider Vinegar has its own benefits...I know you'll might have heard or read about this many times but i would like to share as it had helped me a lotzzz...

Clear skin - You can take 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar and mix it will some water and use it like a toner for you face and you can see the magic in few weeks. It also helps to clear pimples, acne. you can apply this twice a week.


Dandruff - This magic liquid helps is curing dandruff as well. Mix 2 tsp of Apple cider vinegar and rinse your hair with this after you have done your shampoo and then wash it again with clear water.



Digestion - As per my experience, as I am doing night shifts I use to face a lot of problem with digestion but since i started consuming apple cider vinegar everyday after getting up in an empty stomach it helped me a lot in digestion.

But you cannot expect a sudden change in your body as it takes its own time might be 2 kgs in one month. But it will be more effective if you include exercise in your daily routine with this drink.




Whitens Teeth - Mix 1 tsp apple cider vinegar with some water and rinse your mouth this will help in brightening your teeth but make sure not to use it raw as it will be make your teeth weak.



Bad Breath - If brushing does not help to control bad breath, use apple cider vinegar with water and gargle to avoid bad breath.
