Ingredients:
One cup of all purpose flour (Maida)
Rice flour - ¼ cup
Salt
Soda - ½ tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Ginger – 1tsp
Chillies - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – 2tsp
Yogurt - ½ cup
Add all purpose flour, rice flour, salt, cumin seeds and baking
powder and mix it well dry
Add yogurt
Then add 3/4th cup of water
Add finely chopped Coriander leaves, Green chillies, ginger
and salt for taste.
Once the batter is ready.
Take one kadai and add oil for deep fry.
Once the oil is warm start adding bondas, oil should not be
too hot as it will not be cooked properly from inside.
Once it is golden brown, remove the bondas and serve it with
coconut chutney.
